REFLECTIONS:

In my second grading period of TLE IV. I had learned a lot of things about making computer tags and how important our blogs in our grade.
I countered many challenges in this subject like, i improve my typing ability and how to budget my time because i was so busy.
This challenges will be easily conquered with the help of my classmate's,friend,s and especially my teacher because of them i easily understand and follow our topics and activities during our lesson.
Upon moving on i hope to study more.

Breaking Barriers Through English

English is the language of power and progress. In the Philippines,it is highly valued not only because it is functional and practical and washes over us constantly, but more importantly, because it is an affordable item,a skill that can be used to increase one's position, respectably and marketability. In most cases, the better one's ability to understand and use English the better one's ability to understand and use english the better one's chances of career advancement.
On the other hand,it is absolutely highly essential to know the language for communication. In this computer age,English is the only language that anyone can understand. And unless we have the fluency in English language,it would not be possible to work with the computer we need the language to survive the changes of this modern world. It is no doubt that with English,we are ready to break.

"MY TEACHER, MY HERO"

Throughout the history of education the most common form of school discipline was corporal punishment. While a child was in school,a teacher was expected to act as a substitute parent with all.The normal forms of parental discipline open to them.
We've been asked the question many time,'what is a hero?and our answer is always the same-"a hero can be anyone.heroes come in different shape and sizes.a hero can be a relative, teacher, coach or friends. It is up to each person to choose their own heroes so i consider my teacher as my hero because they guide me in everything i do in school and help me in all my problems.
With the breaking-up of families, the drug problem, the fact that only about forty percent of children today go to church, today's teacher face having children who need positive role models more than ever.I think this is the important part of a teacher's job; to show these young children how much they care about them, and how much they want them to succeed.

Nutrition Month Celebration

Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby Ang Katapat

The physical changes that you go yo through from the time you were born to adulthood are numerous. During this time of rapid growth from the time u were born to about 18 years old, your diet must provide you with the nutrients needed for growth and development. They are also essential for daily maintenance and activity. The problem is that there are other factors that influence your food in take other than the essential nutrients.

When you were younger, whatever food prepared on the dining table was the basic of the food you consumed. However, individual taste plays a significant role in food choices. As you grow, influences from the outside world also grow. As soon as you started schooling, your mother was no longer in control or even aware of what you ate along with the other children. The packed lunches your mother started to be left untouched or where trade for more appealing foods.

Children need energy and protein for growth and maintenance. During this stage, growth and metabolic rate decrease but total need for energy and protein increases. This brought about by an increasing body size. Fluid requirements increase in proportion to energy requirements. By one year old, a child's kidney have matured and the fluid lost through evaporation has decreases so fluid requirements are similar to those of adult's:2 ml of fluid per k calorie of energy consumed.

What you eat as a child depends on what you have learned to eat and your personal preference. A well-balanced eating pattern enables you to meet nutritional needs for the much desired growth and development.
